At StayStockd, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make every delivery easy, fast, and reliable so your property stays guest-ready. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used bath, cleaning, or personal care items
  • Free Sample Kits
  • Clearance or final sale products

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, contact us at support@staystockd.com before sending it back.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@staystockd.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (e.g., damaged or wrong item)

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our team at support@staystockd.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable method. (Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.)

Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders returned due to damage or error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel, email support@staystockd.com with your order number as soon as possible.


7. Free Sample Kit Policy

The Free Sample Kit promotion is limited to one per customer and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping fees paid for the Free Sample Kit are non-refundable.
